Return Policy
Romp7 stands behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Please contact us immediately with your issue; complaints must be submitted within two weeks of receipt of product.
We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, badge, colors, etc. Please refer to the size chart to be sure you select the correct size.
If a package is returned to us for any of the reasons below, we will re-ship upon our receipt of the original order but you would be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided when placing the order
- Unclaimed package (the shipping address is correct)
- If you wish to change the address and send the package to a different address from the one originally provided
If a product is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 2 weeks after the outside estimated delivery date.
